Our latest fundraiser, Miles2Malawi, was launched this month and we're very excited to share it with you (see below). We also had an amazing morning with our Church Ambassadors on the 2nd March. Miles2Malawi
We are on the way! We have launched our new walking adventure, Miles2Malawi, which will enable many supporters to walk “virtually” to Malawi covering 5000 miles. We hope that you will enjoy getting out into your local countryside to walk a mile or more, to raise funds for Starfish Malawi. We are encouraging schools to join in the fun to walk around their own sports fields. Church Ambassador's Meeting
We had a really great morning at our first Church Ambassador's meeting, held at Allington Baptist Church. We heard about the exciting fundraising events coming up this year and the needs in Malawi at the moment. We rely on people's prayer and support in the UK to support those in Malawi. We need to spread the word about the amazing things that God is doing and to gain more support to help enable the amazing things He wants to do. 2019 Malawi Trip
We are really excited that a team of 16, made up of committee members and supporters, are travelling out to Malawi from April 12th-27th to see how our projects are growing and developing, meet the staff team and have time to relax. Two important aspects will be to meet with key members of the community to discuss the new health clinic and the new primary school, both of which will start to be built this year. We would value your prayers for the team and for the meetings and discussions that they will have.
